Rental policies
How renting from Bob's Rental Center works — deposits, pickup and return, and what happens if plans change.
Sample policies. These show the kind of terms a rental yard publishes. They are not Bob's Rental Center’s own, which the owner sets in the admin panel. Call (518) 674-3958 for the terms that apply to a real rental.
Reservations
A reservation holds the equipment for your dates. The yard confirms every reservation before pickup.
Pickup and return
Bring a photo ID and the card you will pay with. Rentals run from opening on the first day to closing on the last day shown on your reservation.
Deposits
A refundable deposit is taken at pickup and returned when the equipment comes back clean, fuelled and undamaged.
Fuel and cleaning
Return fuel-powered equipment full. Equipment returned dirty or empty may be charged for cleaning or fuel.
Damage and loss
You are responsible for the equipment from pickup until it is returned. Report any problem as soon as it happens.
Cancellations
Cancel before your pickup day at no charge.
