Before you book

Can I book rental equipment online?
Yes. Choose your pick-up and return dates, browse the catalogue, and the site shows what is free on those days. Add what you need and send the reservation — nothing is charged online.
How is rental time counted?
Both days count. A rental from the 10th to the 12th is a three-day rental. Where a weekly rate exists, a rental is never charged more than the next rate up — six days is billed at the weekly rate if that works out cheaper.
Do you deliver?
Delivery is offered on the larger machines and is chosen at checkout. Everything else is collected from the yard on NY-43 in West Sand Lake.
What are your opening hours?
Mon–Sat 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM · Closed Sunday.
Do you repair equipment as well as rent it?
Yes. Bob's repairs outdoor power equipment — lawn mowers, riding tractors, snow blowers, string trimmers and chain saws — and sharpens chains and blades. Repairs are not booked through the rental calendar; call or stop in.
